# ZoomInfo

**Authentication:** OAuth. See [Magic Link](/merge-agent-handler/features/magic-link) for the runtime auth flow, or [Application credentials](/merge-agent-handler/admin-setup/add-oauth-credentials) to bring your own OAuth app.

## Available Tools

#### search\_companies

Search ZoomInfo for companies by criteria (name, industry, size, location, revenue). Returns matching companies with IDs for enrichment. If no results, try partial name match or website domain.

#### enrich\_company

Get full company profile from ZoomInfo by ID, name, or website.

#### search\_contacts

Search ZoomInfo for contacts by criteria (name, title, company, location). Returns matching contacts with IDs for enrichment. If no results, try broader filters or check spelling.

#### enrich\_contact

Get full contact profile from ZoomInfo by ID, email, or name+company. Returns detailed data including email, phone, title, and company info. Use search\_contacts first to find valid identifiers.

#### enrich\_corporate\_hierarchy

Get corporate hierarchy for a company from ZoomInfo. Returns parent companies, subsidiaries, acquisitions, and ownership structure. Use search\_companies to find valid company IDs.

#### search\_intent

Search for companies showing buyer intent. REQUIRES subscribed topics - use get\_intent\_topics to list available topics, or contact your ZoomInfo admin.

#### enrich\_intent

Get buyer intent signals for a specific company. Returns all intent topics the company is researching with signal strength. Use search\_companies to find valid company IDs.

#### search\_news

Search ZoomInfo for news articles globally by URL, date range, or categories. For company-specific news, use enrich\_news instead. Use get\_news\_categories to see available category filters.

#### enrich\_news

Get news articles for a specific company from ZoomInfo by company ID. Use search\_companies first to find the ID.

#### search\_scoops

Search ZoomInfo for business intelligence scoops globally by type, topic, date range, or industry. For company-specific scoops, use enrich\_scoops. Use get\_scoop\_types for available type filters.

#### enrich\_scoops

Get business intelligence scoops for a specific company from ZoomInfo. Returns funding events, executive changes, projects, and pain points. Use search\_companies to find valid company IDs.

#### enrich\_technologies

Get technology stack for a company from ZoomInfo by company ID. Returns technologies with category, vendor, and detection dates. Requires company\_id - use search\_companies first to find it.

#### get\_usage

Get ZoomInfo API usage statistics including credits used and remaining. If unauthorized, verify your OAuth token is valid and has not expired.

#### get\_search\_fields

List available search fields for contact or company search. Use to understand which filters are available for search\_contacts and search\_companies operations.

#### get\_enrich\_fields

List available output fields for contact or company enrichment. Use to specify which fields to return in enrich\_contact and enrich\_company calls.

#### get\_intent\_topics

List available intent topics for search\_intent. Returns topic IDs and names from your ZoomInfo subscription. Required before using search\_intent.

#### get\_scoop\_types

List available scoop types for search\_scoops. Returns type IDs for filtering business intelligence scoops. Use these IDs in search\_scoops scoop\_type parameter.

List available news categories for search\_news. Returns category IDs for filtering news articles. Use these IDs in search\_news categories parameter.
