# Gong

**Authentication:** OAuth or API key. See [Magic Link](/merge-agent-handler/features/magic-link) for the runtime auth flow, or [Application credentials](/merge-agent-handler/admin-setup/add-oauth-credentials) to bring your own OAuth app.

## Sample use cases

* Pull yesterday's customer calls and summarize the top objections.
* Find every call in the last 30 days where the prospect mentioned `pricing` and surface the timestamps.
* List my coaching opportunities from the last 7 days, sorted by talk-ratio score.

## Available Tools

#### get\_calls

List ALL calls in date range (excludes private calls). To filter by user/workspace, use search\_calls\_extensive instead.

#### get\_call

Get specific call details (private calls not accessible)

#### search\_calls\_extensive

Search calls by user ID, workspace ID, or call IDs (excludes private calls). Requires IDs (use list\_users to get user IDs).

#### get\_call\_transcript

Get call transcript (excludes private calls)

#### get\_folder\_content

List calls in library folder

#### list\_library\_folders

List library folders

#### list\_workspaces

List all workspaces

#### get\_activity\_aggregate

Get aggregated activity stats

#### get\_activity\_by\_period

Get activity by time period

#### get\_daily\_activity

Get daily activity breakdown
